Booking and cancellation policy

Booking:

We ask that our guests confirm their booking in writing. They will receive written confirmation from the Hotel in return.

Guarantee:

The precondition for booking a room is the provision of guarantee by making an advance payment upon receipt of our letter requesting advance payment. In the case of advance payment the Hotel will send you a letter requesting the value of one night’s accommodation as advance payment. The confirmation becomes valid if the requested advance payment or bank card guarantee is received by the Hotel by the date indicated in the confirmation letter. If booking is made within 24 hours prior to arrival, the booking fee must be paid at the time of arrival, before occupying the room. ETO Park Ltd. is entitled to ask for a payment guarantee for the charges of all ordered hotel services and extras upon arrival the latest time. The payment guarantee can be credit card authorization, or full cash payment of the ordered services upon arrival. If the guest chooses bank transfer as payment method, the total sums of the ordered services should be transferred to the bank account of the hotel prior to arrival. In case of SZÉP Card payment, the hotel may ask for a full advance payment of the ordered services and the identification of the card holder.

Cancellation policy:

Each individual room reservation can be cancelled free of charge by 4 PM on the second day prior to arrival. In case of late cancellations and no-shows, the Hotel will handle the deposit as a cancellation fee.
